Holding tree planting festival

At Yephyu township, Yaphu village, a rainy season tree planting ceremony was held in cooperation with user group of Yaphu CF and (600) plants were planted.

With the aim of protecting, conserving and improving of wildlife habitat, rainy season tree planting festival for habitat restoration was hold near Muster Point(RDM-1) Service track on June 15, 2024. To this event, about 80 participants including park warden and project staff from TNRP, Staff from Yephyu Forest Department, representative officers from Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise, staff from PTTEP International Limited, staff from Yadana CSR and local people joined in this tree planting festival. Total of 1080 saplings including 500 plants of Xylia xylocarpa, 200 plants of Ubankhayar, 100 plants of Taungkankaw, 100 plants of Thingan, 100 plants of Thabyay, 40 plants of Kanyin , 40 plants of Thitsho were grown collectively.
