Supporting Livelihoods of Local People

By supporting the long-term socio-economic and livelihood development of local communities, the project helps residents recognize the value of the reserve forest and biodiversity, encouraging greater participation in conservation efforts. To enhance the socio-economic of local communities living near the reserve forest the project assists in various initiatives, including:

(1) Providing clean water access,

(2) Providing revolving funds, and

(3) Livelihood development training program

Providing clean water access

To ensure access to clean drinking water for local communities and support village development, the project, in collaboration with village residents, assists in channeling water from natural springs. In Yepone Village, this includes implementing water supply initiatives and providing pipelines and necessary materials.
